Automatic passenger counting systems, automatic vehicle monitoring systems and ticketing systems are used in nearly all public transport companies today. The data collected by these systems is important for the planning and analysis of the public transport supply side. VISUM can be used as a data platform to integrate this external data into the transportation model.
